8th The Boys attend the BMG Post-Grammy party at The Avalon, Hollywood, CA and the EMI Post Grammy Party.
9th Nick and Paris shop at Ralphs Super Market on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA.
AJ is seen leaving the Nightclub Joseph in Hollywood, LA.
11th Kevin is seen leaving the Concord Nightclub in Hollywood, CA.
Nick and Paris are seen at the exclusive Concorde Club in Hollywood, CA.

“The Hollow” premieres at the AFMA film distributors festival near UCLA.  Nick attends the premiere.
Nick and KZ were at UCLA for the “Hollow” premiere.  One of Nick’s grandparents passed away around the same time, and fans commented on the fact that he didn’t go to NY for the service.

“Monster Island” airs on MTV.
8th Nick and Paris are seen at the Touch Restaurant in Miami Beach, CA. They are in Miami for the Miami Music Week.
Nick and Paris attend the Stuff Magazine Party at the Mynt Nightclub in South Beach, Miami.

The Ryan Seacrest Show holds the “Win a Chance to Interview the Backsteet Boys” contest. The winner gets to interview the Boys backstage at Wango Tango, and on the segment on Ryan’s TV show on May 17.

1st The Boys (sans Brian) appear at the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, Louisville, Kentucky.
13th The Boys perform at Channel 933 Your Show 6 in San Diego, CA.
14th The Boys are interviewed by KISS FM’s JoJo in Los Angeles, CA.
15th The Boys perform at 102.7 KIIS-FM’s Wango Tango On-Air 2004 at the Rose Bowl, California.
21st The Boys perform at Z100’s Zootopia 2004 at Madison Square Garden, New York.

June

Howie has a cameo role in the movie “Constellation”. The movie is filmed in Hunstville Alabama, and is funded by some of the investors who he contacted when he and Kevin were considering buidling a hotel there.  He also is in charge of Musical Supervision for the movie, and writes a song used in the soundtrack.

Howie appears on several L.A. radio stations ( the morning shows on KBIG and KOST; Jojo on KIIS) to promote the “For the Love Of the Children” concert

2nd Brian and Leighanne’s 4th wedding anniversary.
AJ and Katie are seen shopping in Malibu, CA.

AJ undergoes knee surgery due to a rehearsal mishap.

4th AJ is seen on crutches after knee surgery.
11th The Boys perform at the “For the Love Of the Children” event, held for the children of victims of the September 11th terroist attacks at The Queen Mary, Long Beach, CA. They perform several new songs from their upcoming album.

Boys rehearse and prepare for a pre-album tour to China, Mexico
They will sing some new songs from “Never Gone”

“The Hollow” is released in DVD in Europe, and airs in the U.S. on the Family Channel.

3rd Kevin’s 33rd birthday.
