Nick Carter has been silent and working through the legal process when it comes to the ongoing lawsuits with the three women going to court with allegations against him. On Tuesday, May 7th however we’ve gotten his first statement on the issue with a tweet sharing his motion for a summary judgement on Shannon Ruth’s claims.
The document in the tweet above features a 46 page document going over evidence against Shannon Ruth and named co-conspirators Ashley Repp and Melissa Schuman. Linked below are the full exhibits that go over 340 pages and were made available by a Twitter account @OurNevadaJudges that follows court cases here in Las Vegas as well as the state of Nevada. The exhibits are extensive and are heavily referenced in the original court document Nick linked.
I’m not here to tell you my opinion on this. I am sharing this of my own volition to make people aware of Nick’s tweet and the information he chose to share with the world. I encourage you to read the court documents linked above then form your own opinions based on transparency and evidence. Whatever those opinions may be.
No matter what you decide, I heavily advise against saying anything to the women involved with the allegations against Nick.
